I'm excited to share this week's (So)(Co) Sit Down with you! I met Chase Lindsay Rosen at the Be Well Potluck hosted by Arielle Fierman earlier this year. We indulged in my cucumber with smashed garlic and ginger salad and her gluten-free delicious desserts. She and I immediately connected on health, fitness and our businesses. I immediately loved what she was doing with Athleisurely in showcasing fitness apparel and how people can look good, feel great and listen well. I love spotting her on the street taking photos for her website/Instagram account. If you're not following her, get on it here.

How do you spend your days?
No two days are ever the same for me! Between work and play, I always have something new happening. Whether it's trying a new workout, going on a photoshoot or working on my blog, every day is a new adventure!
What are three things you are grateful for?
Health, Happiness, family, and love -- four!
Explain your lifestyle in 5 words or less.
Active, exciting, colorful and fun!
If you were to attend a potluck dinner, what would you bring?
Some type of gluten-free dessert.
If you could gift everyone you meet with one book, what would it be and why?
Oh The Places You'll Go by Dr. Seuss... it's the best!
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
If you could change one thing in your daily routine, what would it be? What would it take for you to make that change?
This is a tough one! I'd love to be able to "unplug" earlier in the evening. No checking email, looking at my phone, etc. It is definitely possible and something I am working on!
What does being healthy mean to you?
Feeling comfortable in your own skin.
Have you ever been faced with health concerns that pushed you to change your lifestyle?
Thankfully, I have not been faced with anything critical but have certainly changed my lifestyle, specifically, eating, to better myself. I grew up with stomach problems and it wasn't until I cut out gluten and dairy that I finally felt better.
What song can immediately change your mood in the best way possible?
This changes all the time! Right now, Uptown Funk is the ultimate jam. I can't get enough of it!
What is one piece of advice someone has given you that shifted your way of thinking?
Always leave a place better than you found it.
What article of clothing/outfit do you feel most empowered wearing?
It's a tie... either a funky printed leggings or a shirt with some type of saying on it that makes people do a double take.
Complete this sentence: "In order to be happy, I need to..."
What do you have going on in your life that you'd like to share with the (So)(Co) Community?
My blog, Athleisurely! It's a true labor of love. I am constantly working to inspire women to get more adventurous with their gym outfits and studio to street style.
