(So)(Co) Sit Down with Peter Shankman

I'm excited to share this week's (So)(Co) Sit Down with you! In 2011, Peter Shankman tweeted Morton's Steakhouse asking them to meet him with a steak at Newark Airport when he landed. And guess what, they did. Absolutely genius. That day confirmed for me how social media could be used for customer service. You can read more about that story here

I've continued to follow Peter Shankman and his different businesses over the years. Are you a HARO user? Yes, Peter is the founder of that brilliant concept. I am fascinated by his creative and unique ways of using social media.
